The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System is a food safety control method developed in the United States with the objective of prevention and reduction to an acceptable level of any biological, physical, chemical and allergenic hazard. To do this, the approach consists of an analysis of the dangers allowing the establishment to monitor critical points identified inside the organization.
As we operate in the food industry, it is a must to provide the safest product to our customers. This is why we took the necessary steps to obtain this certificate which proves to our customers that we do everything possible to offer the best product possible.
